Like our assembly lines, BTS filling, leveling and level test machines are fully compatible with the latest 4.0 industry and smart manufacturing standards. All the relevant data is recorded and can be automatically sent to the factory’s servers or viewed on our exclusive smartphone app.
Since filling procedures can vary from one manufacturer to another, our machines can be fully or semiautomatic, and use a vacuum or gravity filling method; individual components can be defined by the customer. Upon request, our engineers will develop tailor-made machines to automate nonstandard processes like acid bottle filling. A wide range of highly capable charging rectifiers is also available both for plate and case formation.
