Functions
This machine is used for inspecting car batteries after the inter-cell welding process. It checks the welding quality and detects any short circuit (including minor short circuits).

Machine operation
After the through-the-partition inter-cell welding, the batteries will be delivered to this station and positioned. The probe will come down to check the welding quality of each cell individually. The battery will then undergo welding and short circuit tests. If any anomalies are detected, an alarm will sound, and the battery will be immediately rejected.
