Functions
Automatically welds the cylindrical car battery bushings up to a qualified depth of burn, after the battery has gone through the container and cover sealing process.
Machine operation
Once the battery has been heat-sealed, it will be sent to this machine and automatically positioned. The post burner head will then lower down to perform the ignition, weld, extinguishing and cooling process, in sequence. Upon completion of one cycle, the finished battery will be automatically conveyed to the exit.
