Auto. motorcycle battery heat sealing machine (HM-10AMS)

Product description
Functions
After completing the through-the-partition inter-cell welding process and undergoing the welding quality check, batteries are delivered to this machine. It uses heat to seal the battery cover and container together.

Machine operation
After completing the through-the-partition inter-cell welding process and undergoing the welding quality check, batteries are delivered to this machine. The operator manually places the battery cover on the container and puts it on the conveyor, so that it can be transported to the heat melting station. Once there, it will be immobilized and the machine will heat melt the cover and the container’s borders, press them and finally seal them together. After cooling, the sealed battery will be sent to the next station automatically.
