Functions
After inter-cell welding, this machine seals the battery's cover and container together.

Machine operation
The operator places the cover on the container and puts it on the conveyor. At the melting station, the machine will melt the cover and the container's borders, press them and seal them together.

  • Servomotor-controlled adjustment and pre-heating system.
  • Max. heating space: 520 × 280 × 240 mm; min.: 150 × 100 × 140 mm.
  • Touch panel control system, easy to set up and modify.
  • Quick tooling changeover and adjustment.
  • Temperature range: 0-600°C.
  • Insufficient air pressure will trigger the alarm and send the machine into auto-stop.
  • If the heater hasn't reached the desired temperature, auto-start system won't work.
  • Capacity: 240 pcs/h.
