Auto. motorcycle battery coding machine (AC-10AM)

Functions
After the battery is heat-sealed and passes the leak test, this machine will engrave a code including the date, shift no. and serial no. on the battery cover.

Machine operation
The battery is transported by conveyor to the coding area, where the coding head automatically engraves the code using a laser marking, dot peen or stamping system. After completion, the battery is sent to the next station.
