BTS auto. motorcycle battery short-circuit test, intercell welding and weld quality check machine (HV-60AMX)

Product description
Functions
Completes the inter-cell connection weld, short-circuit and weld quality test (internal resistance test).

Machine operation
After COS and plate insertion, the batteries are conveyed to the polarity and short circuit test station, automatically positioned and stopped. If short circuit is detected, the machine will trigger an alarm, and the affected batteries will be rejected; qualified batteries are delivered to the inter-cell welding station. If any abnormalities are detected during welding, unqualified batteries will be rejected. If the welding is successful, the batteries undergo a final short-circuit and weld quality (internal resistance) test before being delivered to the next station.
