Suitable for heat sealing the battery’s vent strip and plastic cover, in semi-automatic mode.

Machine operation
The operator positions the cover/lid on the operation table and places the top chamber/vent strip on the lid. Operation will start after pressing the start button on the left and right of the machine. The machine will automatically apply heat until melting and sealing the top chamber/vent strip to the lid. After the cooling time, the operator collects the finished product for further processing.

  • The start button should be pushed from both left and right, in order to make sure the operator’s hands are not in the operation area (as a safety precaution).
  • Suitable for all types of motorcycle battery

  • It can be used for wet battery top cover seal (at the customer’s request).
