Functions
Polarity and short-circuit test prior to the inter-cell welding.

Machine operation
After COS, batteries are conveyed to this tester. Once they enter the testing area, they are positioned automatically. A probe descends until touching the battery straps for testing and retracts automatically once the testing time is over. If anomalies or short-circuit are found in any cell, the machine triggers an alarm and the affected batteries are rejected automatically. Finally, approved batteries are sent to the next station.
