Fully auto. car battery inter-cell welding and short-circuit test machine (HPVT-60ACX)

Product description
Functions
This machine is used for the thru-the-partition (TTP) inter-cell welding connection for automotive batteries. After the welding process is done, a short circuit test is performed.

Machine operation
After the COS process, batteries will be conveyed to the first station, for the polarity and short circuit tests. Each battery is positioned automatically; if qualified, it will be sent to the welding station, and the welding probe will move downward to perform the welding automatically. After completion, the probe will retract to its original position automatically. If the welding process works abnormally, the machine will trigger an alarm, and unqualified batteries will be transferred to the rejection area.
