Functions
After completing the inter-cell welding and undergoing weld quality check, this machine will use heat to seal the battery’s cover and container together.

Machine operation
The operator places the cover on the container and puts it on the conveyor. At the heat melting station, it will be immobilized and the machine will melt the cover and the container’s borders, press them and seal them together.

  • Heater pipe dysfunction or insufficient pressure will cause the machine to stop.
  • If the heater hasn’t reached the desired temperature, the auto-start system won’t work and the machine will trigger the alarm (it can still be started manually).
  • Temperature range: 0-600°C
  • Capacity: 320 pcs/hour at 12 V; 360 pcs/hour at 6 V
