Functions
After completing the inter-cell welding and weld quality check, this machine will use heat to seal the battery's cover and container together.

Machine operation
The operator places the cover on the container and puts it on the conveyor. At the heat melting station, it will be immobilized, and the machine will melt the cover and the container's borders, press them and seal them together.

  • Suitable for use with all types of MCB.
  • Touchscreen panel control system, easy to setup and modify.
  • Guide bar design allows to position the cover accurately; quick tooling changeover; mechanical clamp and vacuum suction.
  • Max. heating space: 206 (L) × 92 (W) × 165 (H) mm; min.: 68.5 × 46 × 72 mm.
  • Heater pipe dysfunction or insufficient pressure will cause the machine to stop.
  • If the heater hasn't reached the desired temperature, the auto-start system won't work and the machine will trigger the alarm (it can still be started manually).
  • Temperature range: 0-600°C.
  • Capacity: 320 pcs/hour at 12 V; 360 pcs/hour at 6 V.
