Functions
After completing the through-the-partition inter-cell welding process and undergoing the welding quality check, batteries are delivered to this machine for heat sealing.

Machine operation
After completing the through-the-partition inter-cell welding process and undergoing the weld quality check, batteries are delivered to this machine. The operator manually places the battery cover on the container and puts it on the conveyor. Then, the batteries will be immobilized at the heat sealing station; the machine will heat and melt the cover and the container's borders, press them and seal them together. After cooling, the sealed batteries will exit the machine automatically.

  • Insufficient air pressure will trigger the alarm and send the machine into auto-stop.
  • If the temperature hasn't reached the desired value, the auto-start system won't work and the machine will trigger the alarm (it can still be started manually).
  • Temperature range: 0-600°C.
  • Capacity: 350-500 pcs/h.
